The Immune System Boost Hypnosis Meditation created by Grace Smith is a YouTube video. She has kindly offered this -and other wonderful hypnosis meditations- for free to support us during this time of healthy isolation.
During these times of healthy isolation, make the most of your time: meditate daily, keep in touch with your recovery friends and practices, put together a list of things you always wanted to do and start to accomplish some of those dreams.
Most of all – remind yourself that this is a tempoary situation, you have gotten though diffult times before, you will get through this difficult time by using the sames skills.
